A woman has caused outrage and controversy by storming a shopping mall totally n*ked from waist down wearing no panties.

The incident which was reported Chinese on social media revealed that the woman came to the mall to buy furniture.

The incident has left many people debating what could have made her make such a rash decision. The original post revealed that the incident took place on the 29th of June at an IKEA store in Beijing.

According to Dailymail, the pictures were uploaded to Weibo, China's equivalent to Twitter, by a user named 'wu hou kuang shui_silent', who wrote: 'I finally understand why you Beijing residents like shopping in IKEA...'
